Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:
 - None


Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 15 AUG 2023 meetings were reviewed. Randy Wolff moved to
approve the minutes. Weston Beal seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.


Call for opens:
   none


AR review:
 - Weston will send draft10 of the specification to Bob to upload to the
   website.

 - Lance will send an email to the open forum to announce a vote on the 
   quality specification.

New ARs:
 - Bob will contact Atul to get a quote for a parser update to fix the current 
   list of bugs.


Discussion:
a. Quality Specification and checklist spreadsheet review
   There was no feedback this week.
   
b. Comments on IBIS Quality Specification Version 3.0 Draft10
   There was no feedback this week.

Randy commented that there are 6 open bug reports on ibischk parser. He asked 
if the task group should consider an update to the parser to fix this list of 
bugs. Version 7.2.0 of the parser was released 02 May 2023. It has been 4 
months since this update to the parser. The last bug reported was in June. 
Randy proposed that the task group contact an update to fix the current list 
of bugs. Bob will contact Atul to get a quote for this parser update. The task 
group reviewed the list of open bugs to see that all the bugs in the list are 
ready to be fixed.
